Pain Free & Flexible for first time in my life!
I cannot recommend Yingling Yoga enough! Do yourself a favor and invest in yourself!! It might even save you $$ like it did for me. I started working with Sara to help with severe lower back pain and poor posture. On top of that I had extremely poor flexibility. I had tech-neck BAD from all that time in front of a computer. Bending forwards was embarrassing. My hands went down to my mid shin and there was at least a foot between my finger tips and the ground. I signed up for a weekly "flexibility for stiff folks class" --aptly named haha! In short order I was able to put the palm of my hand on the floor and my entire body felt better. My pain was massively reduced and I found the hunch in my back going away. In class I learned that the poor flexibility was a primary cause for the back pain & poor posture. I used to go to the chiropractor twice a month and be in discomfort between sessions. After working with Sara I now consistently hold my alignment for 2-3 months. The flexibility classes literally pay for themselves several times over by not having to go to the chiropractor as much anymore.
