Backyard Yoga Series
Backyard Yoga is ON! With a little refresh…
We’re excited to announce the third year of outdoor yoga in a private, fully fenced backyard in Lynnwood, WA. And this year, it’s even better!
We’ll be offering a 7-week Chakra series. These energy centers run along the spine and affect your physical body and ways of being in the world. In this series, learn how the 7 major chakras impact your
emotions
behaviors
stiff/sore areas
This isn’t just woo-woo yoga.
Sure, we’ll talk about the philosophy, but we’ll also cover why siting at your desk all day creates sore shoulders, makes it hard to speak your mind, and has you not want to connect with others.
Each week, we’ll focus on 1 of the 7 main chakras. We’ll delve into practical poses and practices that bring these these energy centers into balance:
opening stuck areas of your body
regulating your emotions
helping you choose your behaviors
so you can be free to show up in the world how you really want.
Join us Wednesdays 7-8:15p June 29th and July 13-August 17th
